Thanks for the thread. Wish we'd have had more in the early innings but it was also nice to get the damage in the 6th over quickly so we could relax to page #2.
UT only got three hits in last night's game, and only one (the Etier HR) figured in the scoring. The Rice pitcher that gave up all the wild pitches, walks and hit batter-this was his first outing since a bad injury last season required Tommy John surgery. That must be why Graham left the guy in when he was struggling so badly.
So that game could have easily been a real nail-biter to the finish. We still need to get our bats going. Maybe it will happen in windy Lubbock, with the Raiders high team ERA.
