Griffin was never going to qualify. He omitted to us as a sophomore and we knew even then that he'd be a juco guy if anything.

I am quite confident that our coaches know what they are doing and no one will be left out in the cold. If the coaches accept their commitment it will be honored.

As for over signing everyone does that. Rivals indicates that the horns offered 49 people to sign a full 28 person class in 2012.

Joe, I'm an old guy that remembers the 80's and most of the 90's. You guys cleaned up the state much, if not more, than you are doing this year.

You have earned your position with a fine season and Heisman win. I just wish that we had not squander our position as the state recruiting leader, which in my opinion, we did. We did not have well rounded classes. Look at the time frame between RB's. Look how long it took us to get a RB after Charles left early. The same thing at tight end after Finley left early.

You guys did fine with recruiting when we were the state leader. Hope that we can now do the same now.

Thanks for hanging one on the Sooners. We do not seem to be able to do this. Again, being an old guy, I remember when losing to A&M wasn't good, but losing to OU would get you fired. The first thing they told DKR was, you have to beat OU.
