Yes the left are experts at this but apparently the “people” know better. Yes, the AWFL’s (affluent white female liberals) fall for it, but apparently not the folks on the street.

I just heard a story that has been completely verified about a single black mother Cheree Proples with a daughter with sickle cell anemia who understandably missed a lot of school. Her absences were medically documented and excused.
Kamala as Calif AG made a big deal out of going after and prosecuting parents of kids who missed school a lot. Truants
She had this Cheree Peoples handcuffed and arrested. It took 2 years to get case dismissed. Ms People's young sick daughter had a stroke.

This is sickening.

And that is just rank laziness and incompetence. If an AG wanted to make an example of cracking down on truancy (not sure why a statewide prosecutor would do this but ok), slamdunk truancy cases throughout Los Angeles or the Bay Area would be very easy to find.

He was awarded the Medal of Honor for his time as a POW in Hanoi (one of three men so honored, along with Bud Day and Lance Sijan). By all accounts he showed tremendous courage under enormous pressure - and that's a trait that would serve any officeholder well.
