It doesn't matter how many lies or how far from the truth they venture, the problem is that the gullible populous is lapping it up by the truckload. Less than 90 days to election, and I don't see the Republicans making any headway. Hope I'm wrong, but Trump continues losing what may be the most winnable election since 1980.

He was actually a liar and a political manipulator, like all the rest of them. They said the same stupid crap about Biden at the end.
I always thought Carter was a good person, but his "running buddies" left a lot to be desired. I remember two FBI agents I knew that had to leave their lunch on the table at TGI Fridays on Richmond on a Friday to go grab one of Carter's buddies out of MD Anderson to have him arraigned downtown.

What you're really asking is where the Southern Democrats and socially conservative labor Democrats went. The answer is that they're Republicans now. John Breaux's seat is now held by John Kennedy. Lloyd Bentsen's seat is now held by Ted Cruz.
The "mind your own damn business" slogan won't fly coming from the party built almost entirely on busybody-ism. Basically it's "mind your own damn business" if they're trying to screw up children. It's "everything's our business" if it's anything else.
Virtually every word that come out of her mouth is a lie and ripe for attack but:
1. Trump would rather call people names that attack her on real issues.
2. The dims will keep her hidden so she doesn't have to answer the tough questions.
Virtually any R but Trump would be up huge in the polls but the R's are finding a way to blow it again. At least the cheating lawsuits are starting to flow, but that's not enough.
The economic slowdown and the working class, which includes many hard working Hispanics, will vote GOP to victory. The gullible class is unfortunately in our income range.
Not sure any republican but Trump can win these Rust Belt states. I think the other republican candidates would outperform him in the other states but we need him for the Rust Belt.

He was more than willing to let others and himself to embellish his record. The chaplain called him out too for quitting on his unit. This is for veterans to decide if it matters. I agree it makes no difference to most folks.
Apparently he was informed that his unit was going overseas months before the official announcement.
The comparison is against Vance of whom Walz called weird. At least Vance accurately served in a combat zone. Walz is a big mouth busybody who needs to shut his trap. I don’t get the same jibe from Trump.
As a veteran, I don't care if he served in a war or not. I applaud his 24 years of service to the state of Minnesota.
I do care that he's a ******* liar and has been proven over and over again that he lied about being a war vet for political gain. As far as I'm concerned, there's a special place in hell for people like him for discounting those who actually fought in wars. He has no idea what it's like to dodge bullets and mortars but wants to be lauded as someone who did.

it is symptomatic of how far down the drain this country is that we have a choice between two abominations: one is an employee abusing, high strung incompetent who can't string two sentences together if she had a thought to convey (she doesn't or cant) and who slept her way with a married man to the rung right above the bottom and then a little further up before achieving an office with few duties which she has done a cruddy job performing. The other is a narcissistic bully, serial liar, dementia in progress, draft dodging blowhard who has married and cheated on a string of gold digging clothes horses. His kids do seem to like him, and he has met payrolls, which are a plus in my book, but just about the only ones.
How any of you have the inclination to vote for either of these two is a mystery to me. Remember: voting just encourages them.
