Interesting that his snap counts dropped off so much so quickly
Did he get hurt and I forgot?
It took how long for the program to recover from that exact sense of entitlement. Good riddance. Takes a lot of balls to pull that crap in a program that has so publicly claimed to and indeed changed that trait. Takes hard work to do that. Glad he’s gone.
I really dont understand these ultra talented kids with the world at their doorstep. Just do the work and earn the time. Wish him well but he still has to earn it where ever he goes. Not the 1st time a highly rated player doesn't work out and it won't be the last. He stayed out of trouble and until recently was very vocal about his love for UT. Wish him luck and hope he turns it around.
Dropped the first and should have had the second one IMO.Is Deandre Moore the next Johntay Cook?

Only if you think dropping a pass equates to being dismissed from a team.Is Deandre Moore the next Johntay Cook?

Yes sir, I grasped the implication, but even a cursory comparison of on-field performance/production clearly dispels any such notion. At this point in their respective careers at UT, a single dropped TD pass appears to be the only thing Cook and Moore have in common. Hope it stays that way. There are some that say Cook's dropped TD pass against Miss State started the spiral that led to his dismissal. That was my point.
Moore has dropped several td passes going back to last year. There are some that say Cook's dropped TD pass against Miss State started the spiral that led to his dismissal. That was my point.
Really? I recall one drop in the Spring Game. Can you remind me of the others?Moore has dropped several td passes going back to last year.
Absolutely.Really? I recall one drop in the Spring Game. Can you remind me of the others?
I don't recall him dropping a sure TD last year, need verification. You're saying he's dropped two this year? Certainly, the first one against Fla. but if your including the second long pass against Fla., I disagree. He was open but Ewers missed him.Absolutely.
I remember he dropped a pass that should have been easily caught for a td, under no duress, last year but dont remember the opponent.
Now has dropped two this year, though i think the one which he tried to catch with his wrists instead of his hands and which he had to slow down. I believe he would have been caught from behind but he had a 4 yard lead.
Now u say he dropped one in the spring game.
I wouldnt dismiss him though and i certainly wouldnt let Cook go for one dropped pass.
Very few of us receivers don't drop an occassional pass.
Uh, no he didn't. 34:00 mark. You can send your apology directly to DeAndre.Hell he dropped two in the FL game.

It hit him in the hands and went right thru them. I don't see your point. You touch it, you catch it. That's my rule.
Ahhh, we've been discussing different plays. I thought you guys were considering the Ewers overthrow (34:00 mark) a second drop by Moore. My bad.He had the bobble in the end zone that he couldn’t control right before halftime (roughly the 52:20 mark) that would have been a touchdown. We scored a TD 2-3 plays later anyway so it didn’t hurt us. I like Moore but this was definitely not his best game.
