Next year's most important recruit, and he's the first one out of the box! He was the one above all others I wanted for next year, and he will be the lynchpin for what I hope can be another top five class. Welcome to UT!!!

That SEC thing apparently ain't working out too well for our acquaintances to the east in the Brazos River bottoms.

Number one quarterback in the state??? Tyrone Swoopes and J.T. Barrett, among others, want to talk with you about that. Sorry Ag, but we agree to disagree on the number one quarterback thing.

"we do have the #1 QB in state right? Kohl Stewart."

Would hardly call him the #1 QB in the state. There are several ahead of him. I suspect he ends up ranked 4th. Still a good prospect.

Hey.

In all fairness Stewart will be the #1 QB on Loocheesy's lists. He had trey williams ranked ahead of Jonathan Gray to give ya a clue.

I have this vision of Raulerson playing TIGHT END... I have read that a tight end needs to be able to move to handle a range of blocking abilities, then of course the moves and ability to handle the kinds of pass catch & run that position can produce.

Jake: 6'5" 250
Gronk: 6'6" 265
If this is not a Gronkowski look-alike.... stats, demeanor,....
I don't know what it is.

If Texas got 4 playing years out of Jake at Tight End... this program would be a juggernaut without question. It would be a player and playing position equal to the value of a top wide receiver, and maybe even more dominant. Especially given the way Bryan Harsin relies and focuses on the Tight End position.

Well Raulerson is an OL which is his strength. If he can run good routes and catch the ball that is like having another starting OL on the line. With these stable of running backs this would be incredible.

I'll also admit that I know nothing about him, but the fact that Mack who ALWAYS gets his commits early has never gone THIS early and the fact that more than 25 other schools including big name SEC programs thought enough of him to try to poach him early suggests that he's a pretty special talent. Great way to start the 2013 class.

watch his tape, and especially the ESPN clips where he's doing 1 on 1 drills against some top DEs. You will see this dude is a serious, serious football player with the feet and strength to play LT, the foot drive to be a guard or center and the quickness and strength to be a strongside DE. Serious motor and meanstreak too.

My bet is that he ends up at DE, which is where there is the most NFL money to be made.If he keep growing he may end of a LT on the offensive line, another big money position.
