Is tonight’s game....

Hard to see it making a big difference. I don't think many more recruits are unsigned for this cycle, and Sark will have a year as coach to show what he can do for the 2022 cycle.

Just to piss in the punch bowl, what if Bama wins and Saban retires and they talk Sark into replacing him?

sorry, just couldn’t resist.

It’s my understanding that Saban had picked Sark to be his replacement which is indicative of a few things. If that’s true I don’t think we have to be concerned with your scenario. Sarkisian has cast his lot & future & we can hang with Bama (or anyone else) if there actually was a bidding war.

I’m rooting for Alabama tonight for a couple of reasons. I really don’t have anything against Bama... just don’t. Ohio state is incorrigible trash & we need Sarkisian to juice them with a great game plan so he can be communicating with recruits “ Hurry up and join me on the 40 acres so you can be winning championships & doing this too.”
I think tonight does matter for us.

Tom Herman has already been named HCIW. :yippee:

Just kidding. Actually I think they want Big Nose and I think Big Nose is waiting for it.

If there is one lesson I've learned in life, it's that anything is possible, but the probability is a whole different matter.

If Sark is successful at Texas, I have to wonder if Bama could pull him away. After all, what links him to that program except the two years he has spent there? Additional, he is a west coast guy.

I’ll worry about losing him (maybe) after he brings us back to glory.

I hate tOSU after 2005 Columbus.

Go Bammer. That's where the tusks are looser. But, uh, that's entirely irrelevant to what I was talking about.

What was the buckeye safety doing on that last touchdown by Smith..35-17.
What was he looking at, he was backpedaling in the middle of the field while Smith was going down through the seam the safety should have been over there on Smith but he had the the deep middle covered good but there's no Alabama receiver there. the safety has to make a decision and cover the the guy that's going deep even if it's more toward the sidelines.
Alabama is dominating they've scored every time they had the ball.

Bama offense may be the best college O I’ve ever seen. Waddle was their featured receiver before he got hurt. Just think full speed Waddle and Smith.
