I can't speak for all states but Texas offers a vote id card free
and takes great pains to accommodate the very small % of people who don't have the typical ID needed
Texas offers mobile vans to offer free id to people in counties without permanent DPS sites .
And offers an option for the dwindling number of people who were born outside of an hospital and do not have a BC.
So for practical purposes Texas makes it as easy as possible
BUT still requires people to prove who they are.
Do you have an issue with requiring people to validate who they are and that they are legally valid to vote?
