The AOL radio app is allsome. Sounds pretty damn good with my Bose earphones too. Lots of music and sportstalk radio.

aw man, this is the greatest update ever... the iphone is the coolest gadget I've ever had, and I'm trendy as **** when it comes to gadgets...

BTW... The Pandora app is awesome... we discussed Pandora on Cactus sometime last year at great extent... great website... now right in your phone.

Tried a hundred times to update this thing but it keeps timing out on me! What the hell? Is there a better way than to update it through iTunes? Cuz this **** aint working for me

you could do it the unofficial way that ppl were doing on thursday, but there are some "risks".

scottsins, be sure and upload the official release now. turns out the leaked software was meant solely to be uploaded on the 3g and is not the same size as the official release. whether this could adversely affect the older iphone, no one knows, but its better to be on the safe side.

I dont know what the deal is but I keep getting timed out no matter how many times I try. I guess there are just too many people trying to do the same thing. Guess I will give it a few days and try again, but damn is it annoying!

Just tried to buy one at an AT&T store. According to the salesguy there, all AT&T stores in Austin are sold out and there is a 3 hour wait at each of the 2 Apple stores. More arriving next week.

I gotta warn -- if you are planning on updating your first gen iphone be prepared to just let it sit there for hours.

Mine went fast..then wife tried on her macbook -- took about 3 hrs.

I wouldn't unplug it.that's for sure.

Yeah it wouldn't even unlock pushing the top/side/home at the same time. It finally would re-start and go back to the frozen screen. After doing that about three times it restarted just fine. That was husbands phone, didn't have issues with mine at all.

My favorite app so far is Pandora. It appears to work even on the edge network. Will test it today at the gym to see how well it does on edge.

Anyone having issues getting email? Ours just continue to connect but isn't finding email. Mine is on push but husband switched it to force. We've been on both a wireless connection and edge.
