Intentional Farting = Detention

It takes a man to fart in his own sealed flight suit, and a REAL man to do it while inverted. I agree, you give him a pass in that case, whether he crepitates or merely hisses.

Because if he was I can sympathize. I sat in one from K-8th grade and you could not cut a silent one. Those things were like an echo chamber.
 
Is detention based on the degree of crepitation? Because I would argue that more crepitation is evidence of intent or conscious indifference.

Which raises another question: What, exactly, is one's duty when farting? Do we have a duty to minimize crepitation? And can we realistically judge a fart after the fact, when the perpetrator is the only one with knowledge of the facts and circumstances regarding said fart?
