I hate to hear that story. I just got DirecTV for the first time last week and I love it. So much better than digital cable. I will direcTV and complain to them about yourt situation and maybe I can get some more free stuff on my account.

I didn't like having DirecTV. The picture went out ALL the time. Frustrated the hell out of me.

I have Grande now, and the picture is not as good, but the service is reliable as hell.

Add another one for "Boo directv!"
