Hartzell and CDC's tepid statements post "committee" brought this on. Hartzell needs to go. He mishandled this whole thing.

EOT has now become a fulcrum for getting tons more money thrown at black students. This is largely due to the almost instantaneous decision by Hartzell to cave on 95% of the demands last summer. I-D-I-O-T

Al Jolson and Groucho Marx performed in blackface. Are they racist too? What about the VA governor? If he still has a job, why get rid of the EOT?
 
Hey now, don't be accusing Gov Nordham of being in blackface. He could have been the guy in the full Klan robes, he can't remember which!

He still has a job because in Jan of 19, the Lt Gov was accused of being a rapist, and the AG of some crime as well. So the Governorship would have gone to a Republican. Thus, the Party (Democrats plus the Media Entertainment Complex) made it all go away.
 
This guy is still at UT taking money while speaking ill of it.

I am all for digging into the history and finding the unsavory parts. It is part of maturing and learning right from wrong. However, this guy I can tell likes to make points just to put the school in a bad light. There is some real history in his interview. I learned some interesting things, but I also found some statements he made that aren't facts but merely his interpretations of things based on his already preconceived notions of what he thinks of the school. He clumsily ties Woodrow Wilson and his awfulness to UT. He repeats his slander of the EoT which was exposed by Hartzell's research panel.

If I thought others would go along I would protest his employment at UT.
 
Now the media is coming after Colt McCoy for supporting The Eyes. People are sick. They want their new world order and will stop at nothing to get it. Every article I see about The Eyes is deliberately slanted in the worst possible way.

Unlike the current UT President, I hope Colt comes right out and makes a definitive statement about his support for the EoT and encourages all other Texas alumni that recognize and appreciate the true meaning of the phrase to do the same.
 
Once again, I will post this video which exemplifies The Eyes of Texas. It was published more than 10 years ago and exemplifies what being a Texas Longhorn believes The Eyes is all about.
