whereas 3 or 4 years ago they led the league in striking out they are now last (they put the ball in play) and are #1 in just about every major offensive category.........there aren't really any easy outs up and down the lineup.
 
Carlos Gomez was a cancer on our team. I knew from the first interview with him after he joined the Astros he was wrong for the 'Stros, wrong for Houston. So glad he is gone.
 
With CC out for 2 months, we are so fortunate to have Margo. He can play any position and look good doing it, plus it is not a dropoff in BA. He should have been an All-Star IMO.
 
Now an 18g lead without Correa and Springer

When the Stros won their 60th I thought yo myself 70 and 35 should be their next goal. Then 80 and 40. Looking good still. Especially with the injuries.
 
Pitching is starting to come around but still cannot hit with RISP consistently. Left 3 men in scoring position yesterday in the 8th and 9th innings alone and lose 3-2.
 
Astros have to play their next home series in Tropicana Field in St.Petersburg because of, well, ......

If this is even near the truth, on behalf of everyone not employed by the Rangers I want to apologize for this bonehead stance.
