Do not know when they will be mailed, but I was assured that you no longer have to sign for them since the system is now computerized and if they don't arrive they can re-issue them easily.

The ticket office told me that they were being mailed this week. I heard through the grapevine that there were a lot of non-renewals and therefore the Foundation was having to move a lot of people around that had requested upgrades. Not sure if that is the cause of the delay, but it made sense to me at the time........
