We're an 8 pt underdog. Just like I didn't understand us being a favorite over Baylor last Saturday, I don't understand us being that big of a dog after back to back wins over ranked teams. We will see.

We decided not to play D much so far. Trailing by 10, 31-41 with 3:40 to go in first half.

Decent run to close. Down 44-41 at half. With some adjustments on D we could easily win this game.

Down 62-51 with 12:03 to go. Abmas didn't show up today and we just don't have enough dogs to make up our top scorer having an off day.

LH,

I'll admit I don't often watch the men's BB team, but today I've only seen one player I'd pick for a neighborhood pickup game.

I do, however, think this would be better if there were no refs and it was "call it yourself" fouls

You sure picked a shifty game to watch...

Pathic, Bigman under the basket, smaller dribbler rounds coming out of corner, nobody in the lane as he charges the basket. Instead of cutting him off and challenging him, Disu retreats under the basket for a better view of the uncontested layup.

Disu under the basket with baseline wide open; instead he turns and tries to dribble through a triple team.

Do these guys practice? Run Drills?

Can we get a spring volleyball league.

I should quit bitching because Terry is sure helping my case for varsity lacrosse.

On an unrelated note: I dated a Mormon lady. All I can say is that she loved to DO IT. Proving the LDS belief that you don't have to drink or smoke to have a good time.

No offense, but she was probably fascinated to find out what it was like with someone other than a close relative 40+ years older than she was.

There is no way to describe this team other than lost. An easy non conf schedule did not prepare them. Granted this is probably the toughest and deepest basketball league in the country but there is no fluidity or team play. Its just not fun to watch. I think we are near the bottom of the big12 in the standings which is very frustrating with what should be a very talented team.

Coaching was lacking. Terry outcoached by BYU. He made no adjustments to the dominance in the paint in the first and Byu came out the second half with 3s,which Terry should have known was going to occur. Pure ineptness.

Where were you to give Terry even a tiny bit of credit for the last two wins?

You sure show up quick when we lose though.

This six-game stretch is a grind and right now the Horns are 2-1 in it which is pretty good. If they can go 2-1 over the next three, they have a shot at getting a conference record that could get them into the tournament, and who knows what might happen then. The problem isn't the losing in Provo, a lot of teams are going to do that, what will hang over this team if they don't get enough quality wins are the bad losses to UCF and WVU, those games may end up being the difference between a winning Big XII record and a losing one and right now 8-10 in the Big XII probably won't be enough to get into the tournament. This is just a very inconsistent team and there is no getting around that. The Texas that beat Baylor and Oklahoma really needs to show up Monday against UH.
