Just thinking out loud, I am very ok seeing ads in the banners or on the sides if they're lightweight. I just don't want popups.

I'm just throwing it out there, but if other sponsors were ok with a few adds as long as they didn't pop up, maybe that's some added revenue for you.

As long as it doesn't slow down my browsing or get in the way, and you can make more money, I'm good with that. I think we should consider that as a community.

I feel pretty strongly about killing the ads for those who help support Hornfans, like it is the one little thing I can do to say thanks and improve the site a bit.

Has not been an issue.

It does raise the question of whether ad numbers can be cut back though...the site needs to be useable for those looking, and on the mobile platform, it was worse than the ad bombs of the early aughts...

You make a good point. The ads are terrible on mobile. I’ll work on improving that.

I agree with you X. I don't mind ads as long as the adds are not covering up the post.
