HIHK Weight loss tracking

Wow. I think I would start eating flesh off my body if I tried to do that. I would have to at least eat the Clif bar in two portions. And weightloss, you? Yeah, you are so big and chunky.

E.g. today I had meusli and soy milk for breakfast and mongolian bbq (no pasta or rice) for lunch so essentially chicken breast and vegetables. Apple for snack At no tie was I hungry. Maybe about say 600-700 calories so far today. Dinner maybe another 600 calories (fish and lentils). I will lose weight today.

If I'm not in weight loss mode I could eat an additional 1000 calories (i.e. 1600 calorie dinnner) since I burn 2500 cal on a non exercise day.

On an excerise day it would be close to 2900 (or much more depending on the exercise). That implies a 2200 calorie dinner.

A massive plate of carbonara is 1800 calories and there is nothing much worse than that.

I am enjoying follwing this thread. Lots of great advice on here. Personally, I have had 2 major weight loss projects in recent years. The first was from 320 to 270. I was 320 as a result of laziness, ****** diet, and a poor lifestyle compunded with undiagnosed hypothroidism (yes, I'm citing a glandular problem--but this one's for real).

I got off my ***, restarted fencing and stopped eating like a retard. After a year or two at 270 with very little muscle mass I saw a similar thread here on hornfans about weight loss. Ssomeone linked to the velocity diet...which requires skipping solid food (replaced with many supplements and shakes) for 6 days a week for a month, combining light cardio with compund lifts. I went from 270 to 230, feeling more active than ever, and nearly doubling my strength.

Everyone is right....after the first week, this **** becomes way easier. Once I finished the month of insanity, sticking to good foods like those mentioned by HiHK was realllly easy.

I eventually netted a 90 pound loss with an enormous increase in muscle mass. I damn near crapped myself the first time I successfully completed a pull up.

Good luck to everyone, especially those here who are committed to acquiring the right information. If I can do it, you all can too.

I have a simple plan for dropping weight. I use it every time I get to 210 lbs., and keep on it until I drop back to 195 lbs.

Chicken breast and rice. This is simple and quick. you can flavor these with anything, but, use stuff that doesn't add calories, and keep the salt to a minimum.

Example; Mexican seasonings one time. Next time, Curry seasonings, next time, barbeque seasonings, then, fajuta seasonings, oriental seasonings. There are many ways to flavor this up.

Here's a great tip that always helps me drop the pounds, too. I stop drinking beer, sodas, and sweet tea. Instead, I will drink only Crystal Light. Their Lemonade tastes allsome, and has only 5 calories per serving. This knocks about 110 calories off of every drink I have, and it adds up quickly, especially in the hot months, when I am consuming 6-8 drinks a day. (that's a 600-800 calorie reduction.) I just can't force myself to just drink water all day every day.....

Good luck to all with their programs.....
