I just joined a CPU team yesterday. I plan to play a few games so I can level up, get more experience and new equipment, and then join a human owned team.

I have a four characters and it's pretty fun. Less work than fantasy teams and it tides me over till NCAA/Madden and the *real* season are here. After spending 15 or 20 minutes with initial setup, it takes about 2 minutes per day, and maybe 3 min on days that you level up.
