It has been pointed out that even though BO and others advised phoning the people answering the phones still have to access the same failed system and it isn't working for them either.

It has also been pointed out that the people hired didn't have a criminal background check run. Of course I am sure nearly all the people hired are good honest people but who wants to take a chance at giving their most personal information to a convicted identity thief?
 
so after losing all of my information again, I decided to do the live chat and see if there is something that I'm doing wrong. I get the following response:
