I keep seeing new listings out in Vegas which are the standard 3/2/2 1750 sqft generic crapbox construction and that is listing north of $380K. You can STILL do better than that in Austin.Got it in more than Houston, but Austin? That’s hard to fathom.
Today's email began with a TWO bedroom, 2 bath and 1368 sqft in Henderson for $389K. Then we get a 3/2 1649sqft in Vegas for $425K where the other big selling point is no HOA (which I admit is worth a little premium but not THAT much).
