Great deal on 50' DLP LED TV....

So did anyone actually buy the $1200 DLP LED that I mentioned? Badass 50" set....******* great deal. Hell....the 56" is going for $1700 and the 61" for $1900.

Hard to beat those deals!

Turkey, you once again have failed to read my post and jumped all over me again. Should I just post all my pms that I have gone back and forth with people from the board and emails getting info from them to help them narrow down choices. Should I post on here the different sales of TVs that I have made to people from this board and show you the different units that I have helped them out with, or should I post some of the pms from people that don't even plan on coming into the store that I have helped them out with the purchase of their new TV. I never claimed to be an expert, Ibut if I can help somebody with something I do everyday then I will and if it bothers you don't read my post and don't comment on them either. Hell I have even set people up from this board with my installer who didn't even buy anything from me just to help them out with their new purchase. Anytime you wish to come by the store and question me then feel free I am there everyday except Mon and Tues. Don't know why I have to sit here and answer to you on a thread that I have not made recommendation to anyone on, but man get off my nuts.

Harlan sold me a Panasonic & a Toshiba. I had already done my research and knew what we wanted. He didn't try to "push" anything on me.

Some folks should get on with the topic rather than try to bash another member for whatever.

Sounds like someone is a little bitter...lol. Being in this business for a few years I can see where hl is coming from on that deal. He probably went down as far as the boss let him. You buying from another store instead of a fellow hornfan however is your own deal. Calling him out on this board is taking it to another level. Let's just end the thread before anyone gets pissed.

Wow... haven't bee to my kids elementary palygound in a while... guess i know why.

HLaustin has made many good posts on this subject matter. He has also been good at trying to help people out with their particualr situation and thus has obtained a REPUTATION for being a straight shooter in this arena. THAT is why his name was mentioned at all in the post prior to his posting in that his opinion is largely respected and he is in the industry.

You can find two experts that will disagree on the exact same set of circumstances, but generally folks tend to go with the recommendation from the person they personally trust more. I haven't bought anything from hlaustin, but his advice is usually spot on when it's been asked for. Berrating him is simply childish to me. but liek I said it's been a while since I was on the playground....
