Get Computers Out of Schools

The United States ranked 10th in per capita spending on education, not first, as claimed by general. Google it.
I tried to post the link but failed, apparently due to the poor education system I was exposed to.
Good teachers should be rewarded, students should have creative, entertaining and exciting education from computers, videos, slides, and every other teaching aid, but we need to quit blaming society's failure to properly educate kids solely on our public school system, on computers, on teachers, on standardized testing, etc. This is a very complex problem, and the most blame should go on parents.
And I'm not saying every kid has to have Ozzie and Harriet for their parents. There just needs to be one person who cares and emphasizes education-it can be mom, dad, grandma, auntie, or whomever.
The kids can't just be set in front of a TV and a video game console, and then expected to be top students when college admission time comes around. And if they aren't, all these parents who didn't do their jobs should quit crying that the schools didn't turn their deliquents into junior Einsteins, and quit suing the school system because they failed to do so.
