I agree Lake but what the recruiter meant was he would take "ALL" the rest. Of course that is impossible.

Yeah, I know. My brother ('87) and I just got finished discussing the aggy view on recruiting. They thrive on that recruiter's sentiment impossible or not.

But, I remember my our years in school and kids like Jason Burleson were the second coming.

OUE, thanks for your insights. It certainly appears that retention has been a real concern, and as you noted, the lack of depth in the OL has been a problem for the Sooners. The linemen have been talented, but any injury is a huge loss, leading to plugging in a replacement who is (a) not as good and (b) inexperienced. It did hit them hard last year. Do you see any significant change in the approach to recruiting for the OL?

warrior is right. There was a lot of misinformation on this young man which does happen in recruiting sometimes. One was grades were an issue but rivals has his GPA as 3.1 which is pretty good. I am glad he is coming to UT.
