Game 6: it's about time

I think this game just surpassed Gm 6 of BoSox/Reds (77?) and Mets/BoSox (86).

Unbelievable!!! (Have I said that yet?).

Going to the bottom of 10. Uh oh, Oliver coming in. Someone please stop this roller coaster ride 'cause I want to get off.

Feldman comes in and allows the game-tying run to score on a 2-2 count to Berkman. We're going to the 11th.

I am not believing what I'm seeing.

Neither one of these teams deserves to win this series. The defense and pitching has been an absolute disgrace on both sides. This is the kind of game you're supposed to see between these two teams in the first session of Interleague Play, not the World Series.

Rangers get a 1 out Napoli base hit, Murphy does nothing, Wash pinch hits German for Feldman (dumb move IMO), and German grounds out. Going to the bottom of 11 with Lowe making his first post season appearance. I fear this game is over and we're be headed to a Game 7 'cause I have zero confidence in Lowe to record a single out.

Mark Lowe gives up a HR to the first batter he faces. Cards win. Hello Game 7.

This sucks. How do the Rangers recover from this debacle? I don't think they do.

We blew this opportunity. We got outcoached in the later innings. We should have let Mike Adams pitch the ninth inning instead of Feliz. No way Rangers can win tomorrow with Carpenter pitching. Oh what might have been.

No way the Rangers win tomorrow. They can have a 20 run lead in the 9th with 2 out, nobody on, and two strikes on the batter, and the Cards will win. The Rangers know it.

There won't be a person at that game tomorrow, player or fan, who doesn't believe in their heart of hearts that the Cards are going to win. It is their destiny.

I don't think it will even be close tomorrow. The Cards will win by at least five runs.

Sucks...

Neither of these teams are great.

Both managers have made some questionable decisions.

Texas is the better team.

Usually that comes through.

I expect them to win Game 7.

Feliz not being able to throw strikes was the issue. When Feldman was PH for, Wash gave up th egame as there is a reason Lowe had been burried in the bullpen.

Agree with Viper, why PH for Feldman in that situation. 2 outs and only a runner on first. And on top of that you pinch hit with German AGAIN!!!! With some of the calls both managers have made it seems like neither one of them wants to win the World Series. Here is to hoping the Rangers come out and take it in game 7 tonight. Need to chase Carpenter early.
