Gail and Kat Nash

When i said that Gail probaly "lit a fire under their asses," I didn't mean that it was ok for her to grab a kristians jersey. I was simply saying that since she did it, everyone else will probaly realize that they better get their act together or else!
 
...or else be subjected to the same treatment? That would be a great way to go through your college career, in fear that you may feel physically threatened.
 
As fans we have spent way too much time on this subject. I could see if it was something positive, but its negative thread.Which really is not going anywhere. I would hate for any of these players or fans to have to be a part of a Elite program like Conn, Tenn, North Carolina,Baylor,Michigan,Rutgers. These programs are not babysitting players they are getting the best out of these players. By making them be the best they can be.Gail is low key compare to some of these programs I have named.
 
Dino, you are exactly right. What a bunch of *******! This doesn't come close to Knight kicking his son in the shin, head butting a player courtside or choking one of his players in practice. Nor the face mask grabbing by Holtz and many other coaches.

I say a coach has to show intensity at the proper time and what Gail did was appropriate for the occasion. People who never participated in sports don't understand the relationship of the ocaches to the players. Get over it!
 
I am all for intensity...but don't lay your hands on me. I've participated in sports for years and also coached and never in my years of playing or coaching was it ever appropriate to engage physically. However, I was never making a million dollars a year. Physical contact is never acceptable and just because it wasn't as bad as other offenses doesn't make it acceptable. Get in my face all you want, but you better stop there. Let's hope that Gail had a chat with Nash and apologized.
 
It might seem that whatever air needed to be cleared WAS, given that Kristen was in position to make a crucial bucket in the closing minutes yesterday...if there were issues remaining between the only two parties who TRULY matter here, I do not believe she would have been on the court at that critical of a juncture...
 
After the way they came out against aggy.. She needed to do that to more players.... Of coarse it's all better after Baylor.... So move along nothing to see here.. Just a coach coaching....
