Funniest movie ever.

Woody Allen's first movie was "What's Up, Tiger Lily?"

He took a previously made Japanese movie and re-dubbed it making it a completely different story. I'll admit I was much younger when I saw this movie, but I remember laughing until I cried.

I can't believe you all missed the funniest movie of all time - 'The Gods Must be Crazy'.

Fast Times at Ridgemont High
Blazing Saddles

girfriend took me to what i thought was going to be a chick flic, Bridesmaids. Was I wrong. It was a raunchy, hillarious comedy. I thought it was way better than hangover 2

70's funny movies:

MASH
Bananas
Annie Hall
Blazing Sadddles
Young Frakenstein
Bad News Bears
Animal House
The Jerk

80's:

Caddy Shack
Stripes
Strange Brew

Even my "special needs" daughter can easily quote the grail. One of her special friends can quote most of the movie. My wife (who I'm beginning to believe has special needs) quotes it all the time. That's either a testament for the flick or an insult.

Add Napoleon Dynamite, The Jerk and Fast Times at Ridgemont High to my list along with Used Cars someone mentioned above that I forgot to list.

Surprised haven't seen Dirty Rotten Scoundrels listed yet.

I'd go with This Is Spinal Tap overall. Lots of movies that provided the biggest laughs lose their punch on subsequent viewings. Spinal Tap doesn't.

Honorable mention to 10 and Zorro the Gay Blade.

The Ruling Class

This Is Spinal Tap
Used Cars
Animal House
Monty Python & The Holy Grail
Sixteen Candles
Stardust Memories
Soup For One

Most people I know have never heard of the last on the list but I guarantee you it's a gut-buster of the highest order.

I'm amazed by the fact that this thread has now spanned three pages with nary a single mention of Raising Arizona.

Used Cars,,,,,,,,, a killer flick.
Well that's too ******* high.........

Planes, Trains, and Automobiles

Naked Gun

Superbad

Napoleon Dynamite

Caddyshack

One I have not seen mentioned, but certainly deserves to be recognized in this thread is "Harlem Nights". Richard Pryor, Eddie Murphey, Redd Foxx, Della Reese......hilarious stuff right there.
