Great! They quit, no severance package. Of course, the government is the only jobs where they get to accumulate unused sick days & vacation and collect it on the way out.

One worthless department down, how many thousands to go? Except maybe the state of Cali-prune-ya, where else can these idiots find work?

Some states require private companies to do that sick and vacation day collection on the way out. Colorado is one as I have dealt with it and an employee.
 
Ahh. Colorado, the state that signs huge contracts with vendors and then calls to say "we only have $65,000 to pay the $150 million contract". Broke financially and morally.

I have lived in Colorado off and on all my life…it was a Cowboy state growing up but now has been ruined by liberals from both coasts. The Rocky Mountain Snobbery is insufferable. One might not experience the depth of the decline unless you live there.

I’ve also lived in Montana twice and it’s far, far, far better. Spend the extra money and go to Utah, Idaho and Montana instead.

I know that when I go skiing the people in Utah are a lot friendlier than the people in CO. I rather go skiing at Alta, Deer Valley or Jackson Hole any day over As*pen.

Aspen is where I lived and I’ve been going there since ‘67. Don’t get me started. It’s the most horrible place to ski..hands down…because of the people. Vail is perhaps worse. Everyone is a liberal, Texas hating, snob..at least a very large preponderance.

If you go to Montana then I recommend Bridger Bowl on the weekdays.
