As one of the old farts that was at the game and cheering loudly, I call ********. My lungs may not let me be as loud as you want me to be, but I thought the crowd was quite loud. And I was there. Where were you, dog?

I will have to weigh in on this thread. I was at the UCLA game on row 14 of the upper level. I thought the crowd size was great for the traditional early dev marquee game. Much better than wake forest or any other the games in the last 5 years. However, I was not impressed by the crowd noise or the timing of the noise. There were numerous times at the end of the game when the point spread was 1-2 and the longhorns were on defense and really needed a stop. The crowd did not contribute to the home court advantage. There is no way it was louder than the Aggie game when Acie Law was on the court or the OU game a few years back.
