I always thought from a musician standpoint the bass player from S7 (Darryll something...) was awsome. Far and away the best in Austin
-Monte is good, but a wizard ??!?! Lee Persons in 100 times the guitar player Monte is and Dave Sebree (when he plays) is better than him.

Where'd you see Dave Sebree play? I heard him on KLBJ playing the morning show and thought he was awesome. Does he have any CDs out? I asked at Waterloo records, and they gave me a blank look.

Monte Montgomery and Bob Schneider

Monte played at Antone's this weekend...if you ever have a chance to see him live, just watch his hands. It's incredible. Truly a site to be seen. I've seen him about 7 or 8 times and it never gets old. He puts on a great show and you can just tell how much joy he gets out of putting on a show. Please, for your own sake, check him out.

You all should hear Two Guy Trio. They play downtown alot at places like Metro, Vibe, and I think they've played Stubbs too.
