So another cycle starts for UT baseball and the outlook is bright.

Hoping this will be the year the bats step up and do some of the
heavy lifting and not just the pitching.

Cantu is really a good one and might even take over at catcher.

Could move Barrera to first base.

Clemens is supposed to be a pitcher this year after his arm has healed. I think though, if he could just hit even a little that his glove is worth having him on first. He saved a lot of runs with his picks of bad throws alone last season.

The schedule is tough and starts right out with four games with Rice on the road. We have to go to Stanford too. Probably one of the toughest in the country.

Should be a great season and already looking forward to it.

A three game road series at Nebraska on March 27,28, and 29. This is a really challenging schedule. Shouldn't have any strength of schedule problems this year.
