ESPN's top 50 busts in NFL Draft history

Why isn't David Carr on this list??

I don't know if it was a bust but the Baltimore Colts (now in Indiana) drafted John Elway No. 1 who said he would play pro baseball rather than on the East Coast then they traded him to Denver and didn't get enough. Big goof up. They should have got more than they got and at least one or two established players. It would have been better for the Colts to have drafted another good player rather than what they did.

by far the biggest draft bust of all time was mandarich. to this day still best pancake blocks ive ever seen by an offensive lineman.

for a longhorn, i submit tony degrate. awesome college player that never panned out in nfl.

Agree that degrate was a dissappointment in the NFL. Brad shearer to. However the NFL spotte it before the draft though.
Degrate won the Lombardi his senior year but was only a 5th round choice. Shearer won the Outland his senior year and was a 3rd round pick.
Mike Williams is gonna make it to various bust lists I predict!
