Dumb Political Correctness

Does anyone honestly think his comment was incorrect?
He was spot on. What is implied is that Iraq was under a despotic regime and then "freed" from that regime by an outside government. That government left a vaccuum that was filled by radicals. Afghanistan is uncivilized. The Pakistani doctor that I used to work with would say as much. Is it because it is war torn is it war torn because it is uncivilized? I don't know. The implications of the word "civilized" is the issue. There's a better way to say it but live TV is a MF sometimes. Also, as a citizen of one of the Five Civilized Tribes I'm an expert. :)

Is Oklahoma civilized?

Is Oklahoma civilized?
:|

As the reddest state in our fair union, no...

Ironically, the Cherokees didn't allow the Gubmit to relocate the Navajos onto the Cherokee Strip back in the day as they weren't "civilized". 200-300 years of European culture makes you boujee!

So are the Ag's going to have Diversity in their Athletic department's student athletes, such as the football team that's ~60-70% black, in a state with far less than that as a percentage of the population?

How about the number of Hispanics on the football and basketball teams? They are 30-40 percent of the population, yet are barely represented at all on either team. Much less Asians.

How many LGBTQWERTY people are on the football and basketball teams, and what is their plan for increasing such diversity?

Where's the E part of DIE - the equity? That means equal outcomes, so would mean an equal number of Hispanics, Asians, and Whites on the football and basketball teams.

Or is it all just the usual - Honkey is Bad! rubbish than the racialists harp on?

Anyone watch the film American Underdog about Kurt Warner? It's a great story, but the film has it's dumb PC choice. Here's a photo of the actor who played Warner's good friend Mike Hudnutt in the film:

Here's a photo of the real Mike Hudnutt from 2014:

Maybe next time Meryl Streep can play Harriet Tubman...

Yeah, the willingness to get black actors to play white characters who are or were real people is ridiculous. Obviously, they did that with Hamilton, and everyone squealed about how great it was. Frankly, it's just rank stupidity and poor casting.

NY Lt Gov Benjamin arrested in campaign donation scheme

Here's the latest of the high profile flame-outs in New York by Democrats. I put it here because we know how they gain power (besides the graft): PCness. They say things like Cuomo did on the air that make women swoon and Liberals in general feel good. Mainly it justifies their anger so they are unleashed by these corrupt charlatans.

We're told it's good to change fictional white characters to minorities because a) it's just fiction b) whites are over-represented and c) minorities are thus under represented. But then liberals go bonkers if a fictional non-white character is changed to white. They forget point a) rather quickly!

So what's their excuse for real historical people? Kurt Warner intended to have a black friend? I'd love to see them go nuts over a famous minority portrayed by a white actor these days.

Perfect!

"New York Lt. Gov. Brian Benjamin was arrested Tuesday in a federal corruption investigation, creating a political crisis for Gov. Kathy Hochul seven months after she selected Benjamin as a partner to make a fresh start in an office already rocked by scandal."

In other words, Democrats are all corrupt so it's impossible to pick one to avoid another scandal!

I'd love to see the interview by Hochul.

Hochul: Please tell me which illegal activities you are currently engaged in.

Candidate 1: What? None! How could you even ---

Hochul: I'm sorry. Are you a Republican? No, here it says you're a registered Democrat.

Candidate 1:
I guess I downloaded an mp3 last night.

Hochul:
NEXT!

Candidate 2:
I'm currently engaged in bribery, fraud, conspiracy and falsification of records!

Hochul: You're hired! Um, let's see. Your name was, uh, Brian? Yea, you'll do just fine as Lieutenant Governor.

Poor guy had to resign.

New York Lt. Gov. Benjamin resigns following arrest in bribery scheme

Cuomo and Benjamin - they're on a roll in NY state!

CEO of Aussie football club forced to resign after only one day because he's an elder at a church that believes Christian things | Not the Bee

But it wasn't anything Thorburn himself said or personally believes that made his appointment untenable — it was simply his association with City on a Hill. The media found a sermon (still on the church's website) that was preached by one of their pastors in 2013 which expressed a strong view about the moral status of abortion, and another which expressed a similarly strong view concerning homosexuality.

Political Correctness is harming Tolkien now. The Amazon Prime series is doing some very stupid things to push intersectionality and at the same time changing the story in some very stupid ways.

Kinda politically incorrect, but I must admit that I'm suspicious of Chinese restaurants right next to pet stores. (I'm in Kaiserslautern, Germany on a work trip for the wife. And yes, I'm loading the car with beer.)
