There was a good article somewhere which said lesbian is not just out of fashion but runs counter to the trans and queer movement. I know mb227 has opined on this a lot but it was a good article about the fad (mass hysteria?) of trans.

As I wrote about on another thread, race-based discrimination is "legal" only if they completely ignore the Equal Protection Clause. They not only must turn a blind eye to it, but they have to pretend it doesn't exist at all.....

I don't think it would be. It's messed up and insane, but I don't see an obvious reason why they couldn't do that.

Legislating that criminal laws do not apply to people making less than $14k per year (or whatever amount) violates the Equal Protection Clause
