I was not trying to be nitpicky.

My point was Tubbs was not projected to be the next great DT. He was a 3 star TE that developed into a very good DT. Hopefully, someone on the roster will step up and do the same.

Hopefully Humphrey and Randall both play this year. Humphrey looks like the kind of kid that could see good amount of playing time as a true frosh and then start for 3 years.

If Houston is moving inside along with Lewis at times then we should have enough depth at DT this year.

I think I have the answer on Higgins. Last time I heard Mack, he said Higgins had some family problems that needed to be worked out. I think he will be back for fall, hopefully.

Then there is a guy on the roster at DT named Rene Hinojosa listed as a 6-2 255lb. junior. Does anybody know anything about him?

We need all hands on deck when it comes to DT.

i disagree w/ the size part of the argument. i think mushamp prefers athletic, quicker DL's. I think this favors Wilcoxon.

There's another pool of talent on the offensive side of the ball who probably played as many snaps in HS at DT as they did at OT, OG, C........

The 2009 Recruiting Class for us looks like it is going to be awesome. I just hope we now get at least 2 good defensive tackles.
