Draining a pool

LH, I have a 40K gallon fiberglass pool with vinyl liner and the damned thing is tipping - one side is now lower than the other by a few inches. The concrete walk around the pool is cracked in a few places and the liner is pulling away from the high side. Is it possible to dig under there and lift the low side without cracking the pool? Do you know anyone who would perform this service? I'm in San Antonio. Thanks!

Are you losing water. It seems to me with the damage to the deck and the liner pulling away, something has to cause this problem.
I am sorry but I do not know of anyone there. I will try and make some phone calls to some people I know here that might know someone there.
