To get into the playoffs? Possibly. I think the Braves have been just as tough as the Phillies as of late. Probably even have a better chance than Washington to get out of the first round.

People gotta look out for the Reds. They haven't been playing their best ball lately, but that's because they were so far ahead in the standings.

Yes the playoffs were expanded to include two wild card teams per league. IIRC, the two wild card teams play a single game playoff to determine who advances.
