Great job, Simpkins!

I really appreciate your and SMD's updates so much more now that I'm not in town. Please keep them coming.

Now more seriously... is anyone surprised with how high they're going in the NW corner? All the renderings have had a gap there. I had thought you'd be able to see the Tower from the student section (26 & 27) but maybe not anymore ...

I just expected the floor of the gap to be the ceiling of the club level since we already knew that you couldn't have the suites go all the way to the west side because of the upper west overhang.

But since obviously they've already poured another set of pillars above it and practically all the way to the west side, I guess they're at least going up one more level.

If the NEZ is ultimately going to be flush with the east side upper deck, it looks like there's going to be some seats with obstructed views in the northwest corner. How about a mini Godzillatron for the north face of the west side upper deck or would that only cause to anger Godzillatron?

sunshine and waldo...you're confoooosing each other. Yes, the NEZ is a curved continuation of the East Side. The lower level lines up, the suite level lines up and the upper deck will line up. The west side upper deck being what it is, if you took this pattern all the way, you would have obstructed view seats...some with practically no view at all. Hence the concourse 'gap' in the northwest corner, which will be the roof of the suites.

Puddle...?? The Club level seats look pretty clear to me. The front rows coming out of the tunnels are the chair back seats. The Club level starts at the concrete wall with access coming from the Club only. There will most likely be door openings coming out of the Club down every row of stairs.

I see a SEZ chairback section in our future with direct access to the End Zone Club for $1000 a seat. Should increase their potential take on the SEZ from $2 million to $4 million+ a year.

Not a bad return on investment, with a ~4 year payback. And, it puts us over 100K on game day.
