Talk about a war on women. Obama's buds definitely have one going on. A vote for Obama is a vote for this to continue. This poor woman's crime? Her Son killed someone else's Son. Mooselims..................... strange.
 
Funny how so many of the people who are hesitant to call out the sheer barbarity and violence so prevelant and embedded in the Islamic culture are quick to point out the "shortcomings" of Christianity and the culture of the West.
 
I'd say you'd have to be a real piece of **** to view the murder of a woman in a foreign land and then try to tie it to the American presidential election.

RV, I had a friend tell me that there's no sense in arguing with someone 'unencumbered by logic." I'm sure in 123's mind, Obama and these guys would cheerfully sit down and have whatever Muslims have instead of a beer as soon as they cleaned the blood off their shoes and bare feet. And he must think the Egyptian voters received some sort of secret signal that the U.S. wanted them to replace a brutal dictator with the Muslim Brotherhood. It's kind of hard for linear thinkers like myself to connect the dots and I'm sure 123 is too busy to fill in the details for slow thinkers.
 
Look, if you somehow see me as an impassioned believer in honor killings, you've made a mistake. The Muslims I've met have been terrific people. The Muslims in this video behaved in a barbaric way.
What I can't see is some sort of logical connection between Obama and the killing of this young woman. Please let us in on your reasoning, or would it just be baffling for people of ordinary intelligence? Do you understand how Egypt was run under Mubarak?
 
First off, it wasn't a young woman, it was an old woman, She was being killed because her son had killed someone else. That was her only crime.

I understand how Egypt is run now. By the Muslim Brotherhood, and BaRock had a hand in that. Egypt is also governed by Shariah Law, maybe you can ask your muslim terrific people friends to explain it to you.

Never the less, this video was made in public sight for all to see. Is this what you want for America? Because your terrific friends do, or possibly you don't think there have been honor killings here?
 
RV - Please tell me that you can actually have a conversation with someone without calling them a piece of ****. You are a BO supporter - we all are well aware of that. It is possible, however, for someone to feel differently without being a "piece of ****," an "effing moron" or any other names you would like to call them. There is very little civil discourse anymore - it's apparently too easy to assume that anyone who is on the other side is evil.

So be for BO all you want. Defend him all you want. Say positive things about him. And let everyone else do the same for their candidate without the fear of being vilified.

I think it's refreshing that Obama has a balanced approach to the middle east instead of the usual pro Israeli rubberstamp right-or-wrong. The last candidate that was smart enough to recognize this was the smartest policy for America was John Connelly.

Just about every sentence authored by Hookem123 carries (at best) an unwarranted and uneducated assumption or (usually) an outright lie.
 
this is a brutally heinous act and it saddens me that this is something that would be condoned by culture. Unfortunately, we can't enforce our values everywhere in the world, but at least some thought needs to go into what the course of our actions could possibly result in. It's abundantly clear that no country in the middle east, aside from Israel, will ever change or share any of our values. Why we continue to provide aid to Arab countries while we ourselves are broke confounds me constantly.
 
UWash, for someone with two businesses here and another one there, you sure have a lot of free time to post insults. Not very well thought out insults either.
