i assume they care about the bottom line. businesses have to make that call. it's a math equation imo. how much revenue do we lose if our company is seen as contagious? if an employee gets sick while on the job, does that cost us more in downstream costs? if we don't require it, and a vaccinated person gets it, are we more liable. seems like reasonable questions, whether they care about anyone or not.
 
I live in Fort Worth and would love to go and see who some of you are but I’ll be on vacation that week. I’m afraid I’ll miss the vaccination discussion. Hope y’all get a chance to talk a little football!
 
Would love to go but I am teaching that night. No night classes from Sept. 17 to Oct 17. If there is another tailgate during that period, I'm in. Have fun everyone!

Lovely towns you will be in... we may have another tailgate later in the fall. Maybe you and the others that have to miss this time can make it then.

Understand. Staying home is the right thing to do. Hopefully your daughter and grandson have mild cases and you and wife don't get the virus.

Perhaps things will be better later in the fall and you, others can make it if we have an event.

Understand. Maybe we will have another event in October. It would be a good time for our esteemed group to discuss & issue a Sark / UT football report card for mid-season.
 
I'm probably out as well. Wife is flying, and I have an 11 year old and a puppy to look after.

If something changes, you'll see me. Otherwise, let's shoot for another October gathering.
 
Just got back home from Tolbert's - GREAT evening! All you guys who didn't make it - plan to make the next one. You have no idea what you're missing.
