2006- won Rose Bowl
2007- won Rose Bowl

You haven't missed a BCS bowl in 5 years, you have lost one bowl game in I don't even know how many years, and you still complain?

Did you expect to win a national championship every single year? No matter how much talent you have, there is an element of luck in the game of football. It's just not realistic to expect a national championship every year like you do.

To say USC has underachieved is just ridiculous.

ummm.....dude not only did usc NOT win a NC in 2003, they didnt even play for the NC.

dont give me any ******** about how they finished. They beat a above avg Michigan team, that is it. Their is only 1 crystal ball in southern cali that was in 04.

How did this thread turn into a critique of Pete Carroll's coaching ability? Focusness, as Bill down in Sinton says...let's talk about Kennard.

Any claims about Kennard's ultimate destination by fans of any other schools is just guesswork. I like our chances with him if he visits for the Spring game, and Kennard knows he'll get a legit shot to play a lot as a freshman for Texas.

How's this for getting back on track? If you want to bash Carroll, I'm pretty sure there are other boards with a lot more interest in that topic than this board has.
