We're still waiting for the your answer about your faux outrage. Because we all know if it were a Republican president doing this, you'd be talking about Congress destroying the Constitution. And you know its true.

So the Republicans want to regulate the payday loan business except that to the last
Senator they fight to preserve their right to screw over consumers to the point of using manipulations of dubious Constitutionality. Just like they want meaningful reform to health care, except they only call for repeal of Obamacare instead of proposing a bipartisan replacement. Stop and smell the roses my friend. There are some entrenched interests who make a lot of money not doing much good in healthcare and in payday loans and their lobbyist have the Republican establishment and Washington Times doing their bidding like a trained Border Collies.
