Great news, hope things work out for us.

I also love the fact that on the scout profile page, its listed that not just that he has 'high' level of interest in us, it also says that he has 'low' interest in the damn aggies and OU doesnt even show up on the scout or rivals page.

I don't think so but he does have an offer from a very impressive list that includes Florida, Nebraska, UCLA and Notre Dame.
 
I only asked about OU because someone said OU did not show up on his rivals page or his list of schools. Made it sound like he completely discounted OU, which does not appear to be the case.
 
Kwame Cavil ran the 40 in that time, and he was the only texas WR to run the WR Screen with any effectiveness
 
Gilbert to White...my goodness, if they could get Seastrunk. They could have the arguably the best QB, HB, and WR out of high school over a two year period start on the same team. Who do you stop? White? An extra DB on him, and that means Seastrunk will be ripping off 10 yards gains regularly. Want to bring up a rover to stop Seastrunk? Gilbert is faster than Colt and rushed for almost 700 yards in his senior year. He could have rushed for 1,000 if he didn't feel like throwing for 4,800+ yards. He'll rip off some nice gains. You put a spy on Gilbert? That leaves empty real estate 10 yards up the middle where 6'4" White will wreak havoc. Mack make it happen...that would be disgusting.
 
Darius has offers from basically every major program in the country. If he does not have an offer from a school and were to call them up, they would give him an offer on the spot.

However, he is a MAJOR Texas lean. He says that Texas is his top school and people close to him say it isn't close. I have no problem with someone like him taking his time, but I think he is going to be in burnt orange at the end of the day!!!
 
if, and it's a big if, lache and darius both commit, then i see possibly the most dangerous offense in texas history in the near future. gilbert, seastrunk, white, etc., etc. with the o-line talent that we have is just mind-boggling. please let it be.
 
If you watch his videos, he looks much faster than 4.8. Plus, with that size, its the combination of size/speed and the dude looks good. Lets not forget about the dudes we have already on campus too. Malcolm, Buckner, Hales, with the kids coming in. WOW!

He is listed at 4.4 on LSR. I seriously doubt a 4.85 wide reciever would be ranked as the #3 player in the country by rivals.
 
So I guess in the off-season the idea is to read down a thread and try and guess what is going on....
 
If he runs a 4.85, then he's been playing against DBs who run in the 5's. Check out his film - he's fast. FWIW, he also returns kicks.
 
Any kid who is 6'4" and returns kickoffs and punts is sick. The kid flat out has wheels. He also can stop and start very well. Watch his film - he is impressive. Oh, and I could throw better than his QB (weak arm).

If he ran a 4.85 it was backpeddling in db drills...
