Last year my wife and I made it to our first CWS. We were going whether or not we beat ECU last year. We had one badass time there, spent a full week just loving college baseball and loving Omaha. We knew we could not go this year due to other obligations, but I cannot say how much this hurts not being there. Yes, awesome if the the Horns are there, but if you are a College Baseball fan, it doesn't matter (so much). It was so painful today to see the park and the Blatt's over RF on TV. Then I made the mistake of following Rocco's jello shot board on Twitter last year, which we contributed to. Anyway, wife and I plan to make this a yearly event, whether we are there or not, I owe Wilson a few beers anyway from 2022.
