The Cowboys topped the list because of their new stadium. I could be wrong, but I doubt Forbes took the Cowboys stadium into consideration but ignored the Yanks.

Cowboys were ahead of the Yankees before the stadium. Both will rise once their stadiums are finished and producing actual revenues.

I hope the new Yankee stadium has better food than the old. I had a hamburger there that was inedible. By far the worst hamburger I ever had and probably the most expensive. I wouldn't feed it to a dog.

I'm glad I got to see some games at the old ballpark before it was demolished. Lots of memories of that old stadium and the teams that played there.

I'm certain that the higher cost of Yankee Stadium is due to the inflated wages of Union Labor. The structure itself would not compare to Texas Stadium in expense.

Put Jerryworld in the same spot in the Bronx its likely to be a $2bb stadium.

Everything costs more up there, so it's relative.

Yeah, real estate in the suburbs of Dallas is bit cheaper than land in NYC. Plus it is expensive to transport materials and construction in NYC. JerryWorld has a concrete plant not too far away I do believe.
