Consolidating Government Agencies

This is a good idea even if it only saves a few billion.
along with this I would hope BO would promise to not add anymore czars agencies commission etc etc.

My point, that you obviously missed was it is a politcal move for President Obama to say look at me, trying to reduce the size of government when his neck is on the chopping block.

AS I understand this particcular issue it is that BO is asking for approval ahead of doing it and has not actually submitted his plan to congress which is the way it should be done.
If he has submiited an actual plan we should be able( since Bo is all that is transparent) be able to review it.

does anyone have a link to his actual plan?

Don't stop with consolidate, let's also eliminate some agencies.

The whole Homeland security apparatus is a sick joke which needs to be cut back.
