I learned after his committment that I know both John's brother and father and just barely know John. Even before realizing that John is the same one committed to the good guys I really admired his dad. He comes from a very classy family and if he is anything like his dad we have another great citizen/student/athlete headed our way.
I also know one of the assistant football coaches at NFHS through my church who also attests to John's character. Another example of recruiting kids who will make us proud off as well as on the field. Congrats Mack and Bobby Kennedy for closing the deal.
John, by the way, made the Sporting News top 100 and the blurb on him states he may be used at QB. NFHS has a new head coach this year so I guess we will see this fall.
