Strzok's notes are from the Jan 4, 2017 White House meeting
They show that the FBI Washington Field Office that their investigation yielded "no derogatory information" on Flynn and they recommended closing the case, which was called "Crossfire Razor"
Seems clear that the Obama Admin intervened with the FBI and made them keep the case open

And a legitimate questions exists why it took so long to gain release of these notes

I doubt anything will happen to these people. I mean, how much overwhelming evidence needs to surface for anything to happen, and it hasn't. They are all still making the media rounds and saying whatever they want and getting away with it.

But just think of the statues they would overturn if it happened?
 
So Judge Sullivan will seek en banc review, which is before the full panel on the Cir Ct. Historically, the DC Cir has frowned on these, unless it is a matter of large importance, which this is not. But we will see.

In addition, they will have more to consider here than just an AWOL Dist Ct judge. Here, there is the matter of the Strzok notes, which are a big problem for Obama since they show he ordered the Code Red on a political rival. Do they want these notes published widely, or not?

Think about this one part for a moment
This information was exculpatory of not just Flynn but the rest of the Admin as well. And the position of Comey tends to undermine the entire Russiagate matter.
But DOJ/FBI withheld it
Until this week
It's kind of crazy

Did DOJ/FBI hand it over or did someone on our side find it?
 
If Sleepy Joe Biden wins, he will fire every or almost every US Attorney on his first day, without a word from the liberal media.
This will include John Durham, who they would fire 10 times if they could
So, if he has anything to show, time to get with the program -- otherwise Democrats will bury it all for 100 years or more.

The DC Circuit will rehear the appeal of the wayward trial court judge in the Flynn matter. The decision was made by 8 Dem appointees and 2 Rep appointees. The 11th judge, a Republican, refused to participate
