I think he's mostly just pissed off because his receivers suck and his running backs are below average. And I don't blame him. But that's true for a lot of other teams too, so he needs to learn to accept it and get on with being the best that he can be. That is part of the "maturing" process that people keep saying he needs to engage in, but not giving him the chance to actually do it, because it's easier to talk crap about what he "needs" to do rather than to let him do it.
