While I don't want to speak for others, clearly someone indicating they aren't impressed with a specific hire, or hires, is expressing an opinion based on available information. I may not agree but they are certainly informing the discussion, and more importantly, staying on topic. We all know that hasn't been the case on many threads on this forum. For as long as I can remember a majority of posts have been hijacked, and/or used as a platform for personal attacks that had nothing to do with the topic at hand. As far as I can tell that hasn't happened with respect to this subject; most of the comments and opinions (i.e. discussion) have been about the new staff. And when you open a sentence by saying..."For all on here who have graced us.....", the implication is clear. And wholly unwarranted IMO. We should actually be thankful, if not thrilled that a thread with close to 60 posts has stayed largely on topic. That's got to be some kind of record with respect to the WBB board.
