Childhood friend on life support

I would like to request prayers for a childhood friend of mine, Trina G. As I type, she is on life support and her mother has a very difficult decision to make.

A little background on her family....dad died when she was very young, and both her mom and older brother, Gavin, are cancer survivors. Trina has a very rare heart condition that apparently is inoperable....barring a miracle, she is in her final days on earth. Trina is one of those people that light up a room, and is one of the few people that I have never heard anyone speak poorly of. Makes me wonder why things like this happen to people like Trina

If you would be so kind as to pray for her and her family and friends I (& they) would greatly appreciate it.
 
Nothing I can say will make it better, but I will pray about it. God has a reason for everything, sometimes it's just tough to see it while it's happening.

Everyone involved, especially her, is in my prayers.
 
Well it's been five days since you posted this and I don't know if your friend is still on this earth. If she is may her last days be peaceful and may she be surrounded by those who love her.

If not then she is surely in a better place.
 
Latest info I have heard was that they had taken her off the life support, but that she continued to breathe on her own. They are transporting her back home (to Belton) so she can be "comfortable".

Barring a miracle......

She finally gave in on friday (April 30th). Thank you all for your kind words and prayers.

I'm sorry to hear of your loss. And while she is in a better place, it still sucks to be here when she is not. Just remember that the tears you cry, and the sadness you feel is a measure of just how much she means to you and how much you love her. It doesn't make it go away, but it does make it a bit more bearable.
